My practice represents companies, other businesses and banks and offers two types of service:
Commercial and banking law advice
After 17 years of working in the City, in 2010 I started offering my expertise in commercial and banking law independently. I do not have the overheads of a large practice so I can offer top-quality advice at less than half the standard rates.
If you have a small or medium-sized business and need advice on your commercial contracts or banking documentation or if you are a large business with insufficient in-house capacity or a tight budget, I aim to offer you a high quality, commercial, solution-based and cost effective service.
Consultancy and subcontracting services
I offer consultancy services as a subcontractor to law firms and if a matter requires greater resources or teams of people with different specialisations, I might suggest that it be handled together with one of the law firms with whom I cooperate.
I also offer short-term locum services for private practice law firms and companies, including banks.
